This article will outline the procedures involved in the mailing and production of your completed story pages and shipping of your printed book copy. While we strive for efficient processing, we are not in control of mail transit times. Mail delivery times by the USPS can vary and may take longer than expected. It's important to note that, as a company, we receive batches of kits rather than individual pieces of mail. Please consider the USPS processing time.

Receiving and Processing:

Upon receiving your kit via mail, it is logged into our systems and converted into a PDF file to prepare for processing.

Completed kits arrive in batches from the USPS. The size of each batch received determines the rate at which we can process the kit pages. Please be aware that processing times may increase, especially near the end of the school year and holidays.

Review and Submission:

After processing, your story pages undergo a thorough review for any errors before being submitted and sent to our printers. The entire production, review, shipping, and delivery process takes approximately four to five weeks.

Email Notifications:

Upon submission of your child’s story pages, the initial email you'll receive from us will let you know that your pages have been submitted and sent to the printers. Please be aware that occasionally, this email may land in your spam folder, so we recommend keeping an eye out for it. Once your child’s book has been printed and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive a second email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your book as it makes its way to you.

Please note that our scanning and printing facilities operate Monday through Friday. We do not process or print books on the weekend.

Important: Printing and delivery time may take longer during peak ordering times, such as the end of the school year and holidays.
